Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $200
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $29.99

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our team at the email below with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
